Preamble

At Wall Street Consulting Services, we are committed to delivering value to our customers and stakeholders through ethical and transparent business practices. Our philosophy aligns with the highest standards of corporate governance, respect for individual dignity, and strict adherence to honest, ethical, and professional conduct. We expect all our suppliers, vendors, and service providers to uphold these principles, ensuring our partnership contributes to our mutual success and reputation.

Applicability

This Code of Conduct applies to all parties involved in the procurement and delivery of products, items, and services to Wall Street Consulting Services. This includes, but is not limited to, suppliers, vendors, service providers, and our internal procurement teams.

Our Code of Conduct

1. Honesty, Integrity, and Ethics

All partners shall maintain the highest standards of professional integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior. Activities should be free from fraud, deception, and conflicts of interest that could compromise organizational values.

2. Respect for Individuals

All individuals must be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of caste, creed, gender, religion, region, nationality, appearance, or any form of disability.

3. Confidentiality and Information Sharing
Partners shall not disclose or misuse sensitive or confidential information. Disclosure to third parties is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized. Spreading rumors or engaging in unverified discussions about the company is not acceptable.

4. Proper Use of Company Assets
Suppliers and vendors must not use Wall Street Consulting Services’ resources for personal gain or financial advantage.

5. Health, Safety, and Environment
All stakeholders must adhere to applicable health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

6. Prohibited Items
The use or possession of narcotics, arms, or weapons within Wall Street Consulting Services’ premises is strictly forbidden.

7. Gifts and Hospitality
Partners must not offer or accept gifts or cash equivalents that violate the law or compromise mutual respect and ethical conduct. Acceptable items include modest promotional materials, small-value gifts, occasional business meals, or entertainment that is reasonable and does not create any appearance of impropriety.

8. Declaration of Interest
Suppliers, vendors, and service providers must declare, at the time of accepting a purchase order, if any Wall Street Consulting Services employee has a personal stake or business interest in their organization. Failure to disclose accurate information may result in:
– Disqualification as an approved supplier/vendor/service provider
– Cancellation of the purchase order
– Return or rejection of products/items/services supplied

Additionally, our partners must not bribe any Wall Street Consulting Services employee to secure contracts or assignments. If any employee solicits a gift or favor, partners should immediately report it to our Compliance Officer at info@wscs.ai.
